River Thames Insurance Company Limited, a subsidiary of Enstar Group Limited, would like to warn the public and our clients about an apparent cloning scam involving the unauthorised use of our name and brand. We strongly advise against clicking on any suspicious links or responding to any unsolicited communications without verifying the source of the communication, website or social media handle.

How to protect yourself

We recommend taking the following steps :-

• Use Verified Contact Information: Only use contact details listed on the FCA Register, not those provided in direct communication from unsolicited contacts.
• Reject Unsolicited Offers: Be cautious of unsolicited offers for financial products through websites, social media, messaging services or over the phone, even if you initiated contact.
• Report the Fraud: If you suspect that you may be a victim of fraud, contact Action Fraud in the UK (https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/) or your local police department.
